A few super simple healthy recipes

Okay, actually 4 super healthy (and simple!) recipes I made tonight

Because I have a touch of insomnia... 

Muffaletta Hummus 

1/2 c. olive salad
1 c. chickpeas w/ juice (1/2 can)
2 T. tahini
1/2 c. artichoke hearts, quartered
3-4 cloves roasted garlic

Puree.  Serve.  Yum.

Pesto Hummus

1/2 c. prepared hummus
1/4 c. pesto
1/4 c. parmesan cheese
1 c. chickpeas w/ juice (1/2 can)
2-3 cloves roasted garlic

Puree. Serve. Yum.

Passionfruit Green Tea

1 1/2 quarts hot water
4 Passionfruit Green Tea bags (Hong Kong market!)
1/2-3/4 c. honey
1/2 c. lemon (or lime juice)

Hot Granola Cereal

1 c. Kashi granola
2 T. dried fruit and/or 1/2 c. fresh pear or apple
1/4 c. nuts (almonds, cashews or pecans)
1/2 c. orange juice
2 T. honey
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. coconut milk, almond milk, or rice milk
1/8 t. nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, or allspice (to taste)

Heat all liquid ingredients on medium heat in a small sauce pan.  Add the rest of the ingredients and cook on medium low for 5-7 minutes.  Serve alone or with greek yogurt
