Chipotle Lime Cilantro Vinegarette/Marinade

Mix all ingredients together:
2 Limes, juiced
1 small can of chipotle salsa or deseeded & pureed chipotles in adobe sauce
1/3 cup Olive Oil
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1/3 c. Agave Syrup or 3-4 T Splenda
1/2 tsp. salt
Cracked black pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
2 tsp. Garlic powder or 1 T. minced garlic

I'm currently marinading pork chops for tomorrow night's dinner in this and will serve it on top a bed of greens with a Green Goddess (Avocado & Sour Cream dressing.)
